  • Define the range of difficult behaviours with which they have to deal and examined the most common issues faced by staff
  • Understand the nature of conflict
  • Develop a range of personal strategies and techniques for coping assertively with difficult behaviour with patients and in the practice
  • Defining emotional intelligence
  • Identifying their own emotional intelligence
  • Measuring emotional intelligence
  • Practical strategies for integrating emotional intelligence in the workplace
