  • This programme is designed for managers and administrators
  • It covers the essentials of effective time management and prioritisation for individuals and for the team
  • It will require the production of a pre-course time log and work on the day on setting personal short, medium, and long term objectives for participants and their teams
  • It will incorporate research based best practice from all sectors
  • It will cover effective delegation and resultant objective setting for team members
  • It is practically focussed and specific time management, prioritisation and delegation challenges can be discussed with the format of the programme
