Course content
On completion of this programme, participants will:
- Analyse the needs of the audience
- Structure and produce meaningful and concise presentations using appropriate aids.
- Speak to their teams, working parties, portfolio holders & groups of the public with more confidence;
- Present business cases to colleagues with clarity and conviction
- Engage and maintain interest and put themselves across clearly.

- Clinical and non-clinical staff in patient facing and administration roles
How is it delivered?
- Via live, highly interactive tutor led Virtual Workshops using Teams or Zoom – max 20 participants
- Microphones and cameras required for the entire session
