  • Understanding negotiation theory
  • Clarifying and define what makes an effective negotiator
  • Carrying out research to prepare for a negotiation, by setting out the objectives and potential benefits for the other party
  • Establishing a negotiating position taking into account ideal and minimum acceptable outcomes
  • Identifying costs and benefits for both parties in a negotiation
  • Conducting a negotiation to achieve an outcome at or above the minimum acceptable
  • Producing an agreement and course of action that is acceptable to both parties
  • Planning an influencing strategy
  • Understanding and using effective teamwork in negotiation
  • Reviewing own performance in the negotiation process

  • Via live, highly interactive tutor led Virtual Workshops using Teams or Zoom – max 20 participants
