Course content
- This programme is designed for managers and administrators
- It covers the essentials of effective time management and prioritisation for individuals and for the team
- It will require the production of a pre-course time log and work on the day on setting personal short, medium, and long term objectives for participants and their teams
- It will incorporate research based best practice from all sectors
- It will cover effective delegation and resultant objective setting for team members
- It is practically focussed and specific time management, prioritisation and delegation challenges can be discussed with the format of the programme

- Planning and allocating own tasks
- Setting personal long, medium, and short term objectives
- Analysing own workload and designating tasks for delegation
- Planning delegation with team members
- Monitoring delegated tasks and staying on track
